Our Strategy Map

Our Strategy Map shows how we work together as a school to support our vision of "Every Child a Confident Person, a Joyful Learner and a Caring Citizen".

We aim to make AMKP a second home for our students, where they feel safe, valued and encouraged to do their best and realise their potential. 

Our work is guided by three key ideas: Transform, Calibrate and Enculturate. This means continually improving learning experiences for students, ensuring our systems support meaningful work and well-being, and building a positive and caring school culture.

These priorities are carried out through our five Strategic Thrusts, which guide our efforts in teaching and learning, student development, staff growth, partnerships, and school operations. Together, they help us create a supportive environment where every child can truly Rise and Shine.
